How can I become a speaker at the conference?
We welcome speaker proposals! To apply, please submit your speech outline in the form of an abstract following the https://worldcatalysiscongress.com/abstract-submission
How much time will be allocated for oral presentations?
Each Oral Presenter will have 20-25 minutes for their presentation, including a Q&A session.
How much time will be allocated for poster presentations?
Each Poster Presenter will have 10-15 minutes for their presentation, including a Q&A session.
What language should I use during my presentation?
The official language of the conference is English.
Will there be a translator available during my presentation?
Translators will not be provided during presentations. However, you may bring your own translator if needed.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes, all attendees will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the conference.
Where is the conference venue located?
WCCN 2024 will be held in HYBRID MODE: Participants can join In Person at Las Vegas, United States or Virtually from home or work

I will not be presenting any work at the conference. May I attend the event?
Yes, we encourage participation from individuals not presenting by offering a Listener/Delegate category.
Are there any discounts for group registration?
Yes, we offer discounts for group registrations. For details and discount codes, please contact the conference manager at catalysis@irisscientificgroup.org
How do I obtain a receipt for my registration?
You will receive your payment receipt from the conference manager within 2 to 4 business days. For any further inquiries, please contact catalysis@irisscientificgroup.org
Is There an Early Bird Registration Discount?
Yes, we offer an early bird discount of 10-15% for registrations completed before the Early Bird Deadline.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the contact@irisscientificgroup.com
• Up to 90 days prior to arrival - Full refund less $ 100 handling fee
• Up to 60 days prior to arrival - 70% refund less $ 100 handling fee
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival - No refund (but applicable to the upcoming event).
• The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time.
• Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference
• Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is cancelled/postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or terrorism, strikes or hostilities.
• If the venue cannot open due to government restrictions the conference will proceed virtually.
Postponement
Iris Scientific Group reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings at any time and for whatever reason, the conference is being postponed, cancel or the dates being changed, In any case, the organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenditure incurred by the delegate such as accommodations, flights, transportation costs, or financial losses.
The organization will provide you with notice of the same (postpone or cancellation) and will offer you the choice of either a credit for a future event of your choice.
