Biography

Seyedmohammad Hosseininezhad was born in Zanjan, Iran, in 1997. He holds a BSc degree in Pure Chemistry from Payam Noor University (PNU), which he completed in 2020 as a first-ranked student. In 2023, he completed his MSc degree in Organic Chemistry with a GPA of 4.0 out of 4.0 from Babol Noshirvani University of Technology (BNUT).After completing his MSc degree, he joined Prof. Ramazani's group at the University of Zanjan (ZNU) as a Research Assistant to further develop his expertise in organic synthesis. His current research focuses on metal-based MOF and COF catalysts for electro- and photocatalytic CO2 conversion through the Silk Road Scientific Fund collaboration with the Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences.Throughout his career, he has authored or co-authored more than 20 scientific papers and book chapters. He also serves as an international referee for several international journals and conferences. In addition, he is a member of the Scientific Core of Organic Chemistry at Farhangian University and a student member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC).
